Important Information for Exhibitors

Exhibitors displaying heavy, oversized or specialised machinery should contact the official agency well in advance and provide complete details regarding the dimensions, weight, packaging and handling requirements of their exhibits.

Only the officially appointed agency will be permitted to operate forklifts, cranes and other mechanical handling equipment inside the exhibition halls, unless otherwise approved in writing by Elementex India Pvt. Ltd.

Freight forwarding and material-handling services are chargeable and are not included in the stall-participation charges. Quotations, service orders and payments must be coordinated directly with R.E. Rogers India Pvt. Ltd.

Exhibitors are responsible for arranging adequate transit and exhibition insurance for their materials and equipment.
